Heidi Mark (born February 18, 1971 in Columbus, Ohio) is an American actress, centerfold and glamour/nude model and was Playmate of the Month in July 1995.
Heidi is of Finnish origin. Her father was born in Helsinki, Finland. She worked at her father’s law office and Hooters. It was through her modeling gigs that she was first noticed by casting agents. In 1994, she made her acting debut as Sharon Newman in the American daytime TV soap opera series The “Young and the Rsstless”.
She was then chosen as Playboy magazine’s Playmate of the Month in July 1995. Prior to becoming a Playmate, Heidi appeared on the cover of April 1994 issue of the magazine. Her appearance on the magazine’s April issue captured the attention of the American audience, and she became an instant sex-symbol overnight. Heidi’s next appearance was in an episode of the TV series “Fortune Hunter” (1994).
She followed that up with her breakthrough role in the TV series ‘’Thunder in Paradise” with wrestler/actor Hulk Hogan. She played the recurring character of Alison Wilson on the action-adventure show and received praise for her performance. In 1994, she bagged two more TV series, the USA Network’s “Silk Stalkings” and ‘’Red Shoe Diaries”.
