Patty Duffek (born August 27, 1963) is an American adult model and actress. She was chosen as Playboy’s Playmate of the Month for May 1984. She worked at a Pioneer Chicken outlet in Phoenix at the time of her layout, and made some B List movies before enrolling in college and graduating Magna Cum Laude. She now works as a social worker in Phoenix and frequently participates in Glamourcons (a traveling trade show which features Playboy Playmates and various Adult Film Stars). They nomally take place only in Chicago and Los Angeles.
During the late 1990s, she owned an online Cigar Store named Patty Puffs. She appeared nude in ads for the store, her first nude poses since her Playboy days. The business venture has since failed and the site was taken down.
